Accessibility

Uppsala University Main Building (“Universitetshuset”) can be found in central Uppsala, with street address Biskopsgatan 3, 753 10 Uppsala. It is within walking distance from the hotels we recommend.

The main entrance is at the front of the building. Accessible entrance is available at the back of the building, from Övre Slottsgatan 7D. This door is open during business hours. You can also contact the staff using the intercom.  As you enter the accessible entrance you will see the sign to the lift.

The scientific program will take place on both the ground floor (first floor) and on the second floor of the building.  The majority of the halls used at the conference are equipped with hearing loops. Small portable wireless hearing loops are available upon request to use in all halls, please contact us to find out more.

Toilets are located on one level below ground floor and on the second floor. Accessible toilets are located on the first floor.

Travel by local bus

Parking

Please note that there are very few parking spots available outside the University Main Building. Parking is not allowed except in designated areas around the building.

The Uppsala University Main Building has two defibrillators.
