Student Volunteers NordiCHI 2024

We’re looking for reliable student volunteers to help out at the upcoming NordiCHI conference. Location: Uppsala, Sweden or Umeå, Sweden.

If you’re a student with an interest in human-computer interaction, here’s a chance to be part of the action.

Responsibilities:

Uppsala:

  • Assist with registration and check-in.
  • Provide support during conference sessions and workshops.
  • Help with logistics and materials.

Umeå:

  • Supporting the roll-out of the online program.

Requirements:

  • Current student enrolled in bachelor, master or PhD studies
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Available on 12-16 October 2024

Perks:

  • Gain hands-on experience at an academic conference.
  • Connect with professionals and researchers.
  • Receive a certificate of appreciation.
  • Waived conference fee
  • Participation in conference events such as the conference dinner
